I am a personal trainer, plus a triathlete and enjoy keeping busy but I found with training I would get tired easily. This winter I began training for the Half marathon and started using my old training regiment, then a friend of mine introduced me to Green Tea Hydra and I found that my training actually felt better and I was able to go longer in my runs. I would use Gatorade or some other electrolyte replacement but they would make me sick to my stomach, however Green Tea Hydra tasted great and I had no gastrointestinal problems. I still used a electrolyte replacement but race day I used Green Tea Hydra to get me through the full half and took 3 minutes off last years time and I felt great throughout the run. I also lost 5 lbs. Thanks for such a great tasting product and I would recommend it at least once a day for at least the antioxidant qualities.

I've always been a skeptic when it comes to products that promise you better health, especially ones that are as easy to take as Green Tea Hydra. Just drink one a day for better health ...yeah right. I was wrong! Since I started drinking the tea just once a day about three months ago, I haven't gotten sick once! I used to get a sinus infection every two weeks, but now I haven't had any. I have more energy and I can focus a lot better now. It’s not a scam or a gimmick, the tea really does wonders for your mind and your body.

I personally don't need to lose any weight after losing 10 lbs on the product but I still drink it because I don't like to get sick and I’ve noticed a major boost to my immune system. The product name recently changed but I’m happy to see it’s the same product. I’ve been on it for about 8 months now and I’m very happy with the results.
